Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping
Orders will be shipped and delivered on business days (Monday though Friday, excluding major holidays). Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, rzmeskin.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. We kindly ask that you anticipate 4-10 business days for standard shipping and processing.
Terms of Shipping + Delivery
Any lost package is the responsibility of the carrier and any complaints or claims should be directed to the carrier. RZME is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries from the carrier. If a package is marked as "Delivered", but you do not receive your product you must contact the carrier and file a claim with them.
For Two Day Shipping, the order must be placed on a business day by 12:00pm PST to ensure the “Two Day” delivery. All Two Day orders placed within the stated business days will arrive with “Two Day” delivery no matter the location on the above map. Two day shipping is currently unavailable due to COVID-19.
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii take 6+ business days with Standard Shipping. Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout." We do not ship to APO Boxes, PO Boxes, or military addresses.
International Orders
We are not taking any International Orders at the moment. Please subscribe to the email address for future updates.
Shipping Confirmation
Upon checkout, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment of your order. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check the status of the order at your convenience. Should you have any questions about your order status, please email us.
Cancel Order
If you need to cancel an order you have already placed, please email us with the subject "Cancel My Order" and include your order number in the email. Order cancellations must be made within 2 hours from order placement. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Report Other Problem
If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please email us. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number in the subject title and attach any photos you may have of the issue.
